P~(651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-028 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION CLARIFYING THE INTENTIONS OF THE CITY WITH <br />REGARD TO CONDEMNATION OF PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC <br />IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution #06-020 adopted on February 22, 2006, authorized the <br />commencement of proceedings to acquire certain property rights in conjunction with the <br />21st Avenue/Backage Road Improvement, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, such resolution identified the use of the acquired property for utility and <br />drainage purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property would also be used for the purpose of street construction. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, that the City hereby clarifies its <br />intentions that the condemnation proceedings authorized by Resolution 06-020 are <br />intended to facilitate construction of streets, utilities and drainage facilities. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council thisdL'iay of April, 2006. <br /> <br />(" Attest: ~4d)~:?-1'--L -? <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br />
