CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of <br />Centerville will consider a request for Conditional Use Permit from Mr. Keaton Luther, Luther <br />Towing to operate an automobile towing business at 7095 — 21" Avenue South. The hearing is <br />scheduled for Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The purpose of the <br />meeting is to obtain public comment regarding the above request. <br />The City Hall is ADA accessible. Requests for hearing assisted devices or a sign language <br />interpreter must be received before 4:00 p.m. March 31, 2017. All persons interested are invited <br />to attend and to be heard, verbally or in writing.
