It is intended that the R -2A District provide for higher -density single-family detached, <br />attached and multiple -dwelling opportunities in areas where public utilities are available and required <br />for service. The design and circulation of new residential areas are also intended to be complementary <br />with and enhance the community's small-town atmosphere. <br />(B) Permitted uses and structures.
