Conditional Use Permit Request <br />We are requesting to operate Luther Towing & Service at the address of 7093 21 st Ave. N. 95% <br />of the calls we do are towed from the disablement location to a repair facility. We have 9 tow <br />trucks and 10 to 15 employees. Throughout the hours of 6AM to 1AM. We have upwards of 7 <br />employee vehicles and tow trucks parked outside in the parking lot. However, on occasion we are <br />requested by a government agency or insurance company to store a vehicle pending investigation. <br />Stored vehicles have either been involved in a DWI, PPI or a accident and held as required by <br />Minnesota statute: 1686. I believe we are in agreeance that we <br />want the property to have a respectable appearance. I guarantee it never look like it did when the <br />previous tenants were in here. If storing these types of vehicles stored outside is a concern, we <br />are happy to install a privacy fence.
