Luther Towing lacks necessary environmental licensing nor do they hold <br />a contract to tow vehicles for Centennial Lakes Police Department or the State of Minnesota. <br />The operation of a salvage yard is inconsistent with the City's Code and Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />7) The applicant and owner(s) are willing to conform to conditions in the Conditional Use <br />Permit attached hereto. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The Planning Commission finds that the standards for granting a Conditional Use Permit have <br />been met and recommends that the City Council approve the Conditional Use Permit, subject to <br />the conditions contained in the Conditional Use Permit attached hereto. <br />CITY COUNCIL DECISION: <br />Findings and recommendation are adopted by the Council this 12th day of April, 2017. <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />Jeff Paar, Mayor <br />
