Box PO Box 59038 <br />Minneapolis, MN 55459-0038 <br />CenterPoint Energy Community Partnership Grant Application <br />All Applications Due May 5, 2017 <br />Fourteen years ago, CenterPoint Energy started the Community Partnership Grant program, providing an <br />opportunity to work with communities on a shared commitment to safety. CenterPoint Energy has funded more <br />than 775 projects and awarded more than $1.5 million in grants. The program offers matching grants up to <br />$2,500 for eligible safety and emergency response equipment until the funds for this year's program are <br />depleted. <br />If your community is in need of safety and emergency equipment, please complete the attached application <br />form and return by May 5, 2017. All cities will be notified of the grant status the week of May 12, <br />2017. Franchised communities that have not previously received a Community Partnership Grant will be given <br />priority.
