The purpose of the work session is to discuss the marketing of the <br />downtown redevdopment plan to prospective developers and to consider f'~ft8 tools <br />like tax increment ft",ncil\8 and abatements. <br /> <br />One developer in particular will attend the tint part of the work session to ....... how <br />they might be involved in the redeve1opment. They are Metro PlaiDs Development fiom <br />St. Paul. Metro Plains is working on a $i~i"" project in Elk 1Uvm'. Metro Plains would <br />like to begin with the City owned Block 7.
