One is from Minnesota <br />Municipal Utility Association and the other is from a private consultant. Both would <br />provide numagement of our safety and training program and would document compliance <br />with OSHA and MinnesotaOSHA rules; Current safety programs and compliance is <br />substandard. Either of the proposals would correct that problem. <br /> <br />The details of the proposals are as follows: <br /> <br />MMUA <br />SafeAssure <br /> <br />Hours Der vear <br />96 <br />28 <br /> <br />Annual Cost <br />$5,500 <br />$4,375 <br /> <br />The proposal from MMUA while slightly higher cost provides a better value. I am <br />recommending that the Council approve a contract with MMUA for safety consulting <br />services.
