Code Section 154.090 sbaII be amended to read as follows: <br />l54.090 MIXED USE DISTIlICT (M-l). <br />. (A) Purpose. It is intended that the M-l District implement the "Master Plan and <br />'DeVeIOPmeDt Guidelines for Downtown CeDtetviIle," adOpted by the ~ Cowlcil on <br />Jauuary 11, 2006 (the "Redevelopment Planj, and provide for the ~ layout and <br />character of a bditionaI ceJlbjI business district with retail, profeisioDII oft1ce, <br />accessory residential and other mixed uses. <br />(B) Pmllitllld uses. <br />(1) Retail sales conducted within structures,. but excluding automobile and <br />motorized equipmeftt sales, tnack stops, .~iM and tUeI sales &ad drive-through <br />restaurants; <br />(2) ~ and service conducted within structures, but excluding automobile <br />and motorized equipment repair; <br />(3) Professional, business. and health care offices; <br />(4) Residences above the tirst t1oor; <br />(5) Theaters and recreational businesses conducted within structures; and <br />(6) Public pedes and bui1diop. <br />(C) Special requirements.
