City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />April 26, 2017 <br />Council Member Love stated registration is open for the parade. <br />Council Member Montain stated that Anoka County Fire Protection Board is tomorrow <br />(April 27). Registration is on line for the 5K/8K run on the City's website. <br />Mayor Paar stated Council's thoughts and prayers go out to Ms. Teresa Bender and hopes <br />she is healing and feeling better. Mayor Paar stated this weekend he will be attending the <br />MN Mayor's Association Conference at Maddens and that he is looking forward to this <br />conference. There are a lot of open forum and discussion on what cities are doing for <br />technology — tablets vs. paper. He stated that they are also going to see some of the <br />shoreline restoration on Gull Lake. <br />Mayor Paar stated that there are several ways that you can be informed about the things <br />that are going on in our City. This would be through the local paper, the city's website, <br />our bi-monthly newsletter and North Metro Cable Channel 16. <br />Xl. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Paar called to order 8:08 p.m. <br />With all Council Members in attendance except Council Member King along with <br />Administrator Ericson, City Attorney Glaser, and Engineer Statz. <br />Minutes will become public at a later date. <br />III. ADJOURNMENT — CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Mayor Paar adjourned the Closed Executive Session at 8:32 p.m. <br />Staff received direction from Council as to proceed with action on the pending litigation <br />at 7281 Main Street. <br />XII. ADJOURNMENT — REGULARY SCHEDULED COUNCIL MEETING <br />Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Montain to <br />adiourn the Work Session at 8:34 p.m. All in favor.
