I must say it was very refreshing to meet with <br />a City that is open for business. I know that does not mean anything is a given for this <br />project, but it is always much better to work with folks who actually want the business <br />versus those who don't or who don't care. Thank you again for that. <br />As we spoke about we feel the storage units are a great buffer and will be a very good <br />neighbor to the residential neighbors because the storage units are about as low traffic, <br />low noise and low impact you could possibly hope for. If that site were a B-1 business <br />use, who knows what could end up being there and there is really nothing the neighbors <br />could do to stop it. For example, a quick review of the B-1 zoning code allows things like <br />automobile and motorized equipment sales and service, car washes, eating and drinking <br />establishments, fuel sales, liquor stores, retail sales and service, etc all of which could <br />be much worse in terms of the residential neighbors. Imagine a restaurant with drunk <br />people at 1:OOAM or loud music from the outdoor patio or a liquor store, there is no <br />question the storage units is a great use for the property. We understand of course that <br />the zoning would need to be changed and we are hopeful the Planning Commission and <br />1 <br />
