Resident Notification <br />In May of 2014 all water available, unconnected <br />residents received a letter similar to the attached when <br />the City offered mass connections/one (1) contractor, <br />financial grant funding with income -based guidelines. <br />This offering also included an interest rate of 4% for 15 <br />years and 5.25%for 25 years of assessments for those <br />that costs exceeded$12,000. <br />
