Seven (7) commercial <br />users, one (i) church facility (school building). <br />Six (6) properties are on the list but were installed after <br />januaryl,2013 and are not affected by the December <br />31, 2017 deadline date but the December 31, 2021 <br />deadline date as amended per City Code. <br />(42) forty-two residential properties have not paid the <br />Water Access Charge (Fee in lieu of Assessment) of <br />$6,500 = $a73,000. Some of these date back to 199o. <br />
