�—Residents-Granted Special <br />Provisions <br />In 1990 & 1998, zoth Avenue property owners were assessed but <br />some did not connect - (6) six have yet to connect. <br />In 1993, Residents along Mill Road were afforded an opportunity <br />to pay Water Access Charges without connection, with <br />connection or when connecting - (5) five have yet to connect. <br />In zoo5, 1299135513691375,.13g5, 13931397 & 1405 Mound Trail <br />residents were granted a special provision (Res. #05-048) that <br />they would not be charged a Water Access Charge until they <br />connected. (One (i) resident requested water to be installed due <br />to failing system and never connected). Deadline date the same. <br />In2014, i7i6, i7a4 & i74o Heritage Street residents were granted a <br />special provision (Res. #14-028) that they would not have to <br />connect to municipal water that runs along their rear property <br />lines until it was brought down their street which was a shorter <br />distance for connection. <br />
