(1) Designate the licensee pursuant to Minnesota Statute 327.15, approved by the Minnesota <br />Department of Health. <br />(2) It shall set forth the means by which the licensee will continually adhere to the requirements of <br />this Chapter which apply to planned manufacture home developments. <br />(3) It shall be the duty of each licensee to keep a register containing a record of all manufactured <br />home owners and occupants located within the development. The licensee shall keep the register <br />available for inspection at all times by law enforcement officers, public health officials and other <br />officials whose duties necessitate acquisition of the information contained in the register. The <br />register record for each occupant registered shall not be destroyed for a period of three years <br />following the date of departure of the registrant from the development. The register shall contain <br />the following information: <br />(a) The name and address of each manufactured home occupant; <br />(b) The name and address of the owner of each manufactured home; <br />(c) The make, model, year and license number of each manufactured home and motor <br />vehicle; <br />(d) The state, territory or country issuing the licenses; and <br />(e) The date of arrival and of departure of each manufactured home. <br />(4) The licensee shall designate or employ a caretaker who shall be in charge at all times to keep the <br />planned manufactured home development, its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and <br />sanitary condition. The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the licensee, for the <br />violation of any provision of this Code or State law to which the licensee is subject. <br />PLAT SPECIFICATIONS AND PROCEDURE <br />§ 153.55 GENERAL. <br />In a subdivision for residential use of less than five lots and where the lots abut existing public roads and <br />utilities, the Council may waive certain requirements such as topographic, street and utility specifications; in <br />that instance the information is not required. <br />§ 153.56 SKETCH PLAN. <br />The subdivider shall prepare a sketch plan to present to the Planning and Zoning Commission at the <br />advisory meeting.
