This law has a variety of short term and long term impacts. <br />This will impact our rights of ways in a way that we will need to put together a plan to address potential <br />applications from cellular companies. We cannot wait until we receive the first application before we act <br />because of how this impacts our zoning and performance standards. Without getting out in front of this law, we <br />could be stuck putting 50 -foot towers in residents' front yards.
