It is currently zoned M-1. The house could not <br />safely be used for a live burn exercise given the close proximity of significant power <br />lines that cannot be moved. This is similar to the home on Centerville road, one block <br />over, however that home did not have significant power lines close to it. <br />Question Before the Council: <br />Does the Council wish to give the CFD permission to use the house for other training <br />exercises including breaching walls, doors, etc? <br />This damage would not be repaired by CFD. <br />
