TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br />FROM: Staff <br />SUBJECT: 2017 Fee Schedule <br />DATE: August 23, 2017 <br />In February you approved a fee schedule that included new sewer/water rates and pulled <br />discussion regarding solar fees. <br />Staff would like you to reconsider these fees as they were recommended by both retired <br />Electrical Inspector Kichler and current Electrical Inspector Nelson. We currently have <br />two (2) residential property that have solar systems. <br />Also staff has met and discussed new language regarding (Water Lateral Benefit Fee and <br />Sanitary Sewer Lateral Benefit Fee) versus Water and Sewer Access Charge. <br />
