City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />February 8, 2017 <br />VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br />1. December 14, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity to make modifications. <br />Council noted that Council Member Elect Montain and Koski were both in attendance at the meeting. <br />Council requested that Council Member Elect Montain be removed. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King, to approve the <br />December 14, 2016 City Council Meeting Minutes with noted change. Council Member Paar <br />abstained. Motion carried. <br />2. January 25, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br />Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity to make modifications. <br />Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Montain to approve the <br />January 25, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes as presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />VIII. CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. City of Centerville January 26, 2017 through February 8, 2017 Claims (Check #30813- <br />30829) & (Check #30830-30846) w/ Voided Check #30440 & 30526 <br />2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through February 1, 2017 (Check #11278-11297) <br />Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or remove items <br />for further discussion. <br />Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member King to approve the Consent <br />Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br />IX. OLD BUSINESS <br />1. None. <br />X. NEW BUSINESS <br />1. P & Z Commission Recommendation — Request for Conditional Use Permit, 2065 <br />Commerce Drive (Ruffridge Johnson Equipment Company) <br />Administrator Ericson stated that the Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on <br />February 7, 2017 and noted City Planner John Shardlow's staff report, Findings of Fact and <br />recommendation for issuance of the Conditional Use Permit. He also stated that a new site plan had <br />been submitted addressing the outside storage originally proposed. Administrator Ericson introduced <br />Page 2 of 8 <br />
