Centervir[e, 9vt:N 55038 <br />(651) 429-3232 . paxJ651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #06-029 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AMENDMENT <br />AS OUTLINED IN THE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A, B, C, D & E", FOR <br />CERTAIN PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE DOWNTOWN <br />REDEVELOPMENT AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, subsequent to duly given mailed and published notice, the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission held a public hearing on May 2, 2006 and considered public <br />comments regarding the aforementioned amendment and adopted its recommendation to <br />City Council supporting the rezoning and associated comprehensive plan amendments; <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their regularly scheduled meeting of May 10, 2006 <br />considered the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation and concurred with <br />their motion. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The recommendation for rezoning and comprehensive plan amendments <br />per Exhibits A, B, C, D & E of the subject properties is hereby approved. <br />2. That the City Administrator or their designee shall ensure that the <br />comprehensive plan amendment as approved be submitted to the <br />Metropolitan Council for consideration and all documentation associated <br />with the same is hereby approved and shall be recorded and become <br />official record of the City ofCenterville. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 10th day of May, 2006. <br /> <br />___Att~~ ') xt <br />c..- ~.. 74~ <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />- <br />
