4101*MT-ft 1010*11 Ville V; IBM 9 BTALIMN010 NAM 1IRM <br />WHEREAS, the City of Centerville has a limited number of staff to allow segregation of <br />duties in conformance with recommendations contained in annual audits, and <br />WHEREAS, modifications in the tasks performed by certain key staff members can <br />improve segregation of duties. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Authorization for the establishment of new accounts or the withdrawal of funds <br />from the City's bank account(s) through cash, checks or electronic means shall <br />require two signatures of the following three positions: Mayor, Acting -Mayor and <br />City Administrator. <br />2. Authorization to transfer funds within existing accounts of the City of Centerville <br />may be accomplished by written, telephone or electronic means by one of the <br />following positions: City Administrator (Interim City Administrator Dallas <br />Larson) or Finance Director — Ellen Paulseth effective immediately and until <br />further notice <br />3. Authorization to inquire and receive reports as to balances and transactions may <br />be accomplished by any of the following staff. City Administrator (Interim City <br />Administrator - Dallas Larson), Finance Director — Ellen Paulseth, or Senior <br />Account Clerk — Kris Sweeney. <br />4.
