Wellhead Protection Plan Update — Phase 1(193803358). We are still waiting for feedback and <br />approval from the MN Department of Health. Once approval is given, the final delineation nuns will be <br />conducted and the Part 1 report will be wrapped up for final submittal. <br />3. Water Supply Plan (193803563). The Wafter Supply Alan has been updated per the Department of <br />Natural Resources comments. Once the DNR and Met Council review the document again, we will <br />assist with comments if needed. Work is on hold until comments have been received. Thanks to all city <br />staff who helped gather data for the pian. <br />4. Local Water Plan (193803961). Work has begun on the Local Water Plan. A draft of the plan will <br />be shared with city staff to solicit their comments in the coming weeks. Then, a draft could be <br />presented to the City Council for further comment and direction, prior to submittal to the watershed <br />district. <br />5. Miscellaneous (193803811). <br />• Centerville Elementary School — Greg Burmeister has been in touch with the contractor and <br />Is working with them on punch list. Most items. have been addressed, with the exception of <br />rain ,garden plantings Rice Creek Wahwshed District is helping to ad1hem this issue. <br />• Lennar Development (Lino Lakes) — It has been reported that Lennar has purchased the <br />development rights for the property east of 200 Ave., north of Main Sbw4 previously being <br />pursued by Matsmay Hames The proposed plat Is largely the same as was appnowd by the <br />Lino Lakes City Counal last fall. <br />• Stormwater Reuse at LaMotte Park — A pressure test was conducted to better measure <br />the flow through the system. This will help us accurately quantify the amount of stormwater <br />being used. This information is key to resolving the issue of of how much banked Stormwater <br />credit the city has as a result of the use of this system. Air sampling results, from the Dept. of <br />Health's study at LaMotte Park were discussed with the City Council at a previous meeting. <br />• 21st Avenue Distribution Center (Lino Lakes) — Constnucti n Is complete <br />Rehbein Black Dirt Operation We are still awaiting a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan, <br />prepared by a qualified individual to be submitted as required by their interim Use Permit. <br />Ruffridge-Johnson Site Development — The City Council agreed to an extension of the <br />purchase agreement through the end of the year. <br />• Sewer, Water, and Stormwater Rates — We presented information on utility rates to the <br />council at previous workshops. This information should be revisited as budget discussions <br />resume for 2018. <br />• Waterworks Site — The building has been demolished. Some of the debris remains and needs <br />to be hauled away. Realtors have shared a few concept plans for the site with us, but nothing <br />formal has been submitted. <br />Downtown Overlay/Reconstruction/Water Main — A city intern is working on a grant <br />application for infrastructure in the downtown. <br />Comprehensive Plan — WS$ has been engaged to work on the comp plan and has held an <br />initial kick-off meeting. <br />• Moore Property — A revised preliminary plat application has been filed and a public hearing <br />for rezoning, plat and PUD has been set for the October P&Z meehhg. The Current concept plan <br />shows 24 detached townhome unfts. The aty Counal will be presented with the concept plan <br />for Infunnabon only at this point. <br />
