Love <br /> Council Member Matt Montain A 1) 1) r ov e <br /> Council Member Steve King <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> STAFF: City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> P.W. Director Paul Palzer <br /> COUNCIL MEETING <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called to order 6:30 p.m. <br /> II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. SET AGENDA <br /> Mayor Paar added Checks 431288-31298 and stating that Check 431254 would be voided once <br /> received back from Health Partners due to U.S. Postal Service damage under Consent, Item 41, <br /> slight modifications had been made to the minutes since they were received via email, Interim <br /> City Management information was provided this evening along with Res. 417-OXX — <br /> Appointments under New Business. Item 47, Clearwater Creek Estates Letter of Credit <br /> Reduction from $27,000 to $10,000 under New Business. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to Approve the <br /> Set Agenda with the Above Stated Amendments. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> None. <br /> V. PUBLIC HEARING <br />
