CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> CITY COUNCIL & WORK SESSION MEETING MINUTES <br /> September 13, 2017 <br /> 6:30 p.m. <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled <br /> meeting of September 13, 2017 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br /> PRESENT: Mayor Jeff Paar <br /> Council Member D. Love <br /> Council Member Matt Montain <br /> Council Member Steve King A 1) 1) r ov e <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Russ Koski <br /> STAFF: City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br /> Interim City Administrator Larson <br /> City Engineer Mark Statz <br /> COUNCIL MEETING <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> Mayor Paar called to order 6:30 p.m. <br /> IL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> III. SET AGENDA <br /> Mayor Parr added Check 431344-31351 to item 1 in the consent agenda. Mayor Parr requested <br /> that item 3 in the consent agenda be changed to read "Administrator recruitment and selection," <br /> and to add item 4 "Approve Pay Equity Report for 2017. <br /> Motion by Council member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to approve the <br /> Agenda as Amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. WSB,Mr. Brian Bourassa —2040 Comprehensive Plan Update <br /> Mr. Bourassa reviewed the outcomes from meetings with other affected agencies, indicating that <br /> was very positive and that Centerville may be in a good position to receive funding to implement <br /> plan components relating to water quality. He indicated that they had a booth at the Fete d Lacs <br /> celebration in LaMotte Park. Approximately 40 residents stopped by to discuss the planning <br />
