Recommendation to Council Regarding Peltier Estates Preliminary Plat, <br /> Rezone & Comprehensive Plan Amendment — 7357 — 20th Avenue North <br /> (Moore Property), 18 Acres <br /> Commissioners continued a thorough discussion on a number of development issues. <br /> Motion by Commissioner Broussard Vickers, seconded by Commissioner Grahek to <br /> Recommend to Council that they review the Rezone Request from R-1 to R2A and <br /> Preliminary Plat with a Cul-de-Sac Only, noting that this is not a recommendation <br /> for approval. Commissioner Johnson Opposed. Motion carried. <br /> 2. Small Cell Deployment <br /> City Administrator Ericson noted new legislation approved after one extensive lobbying <br /> effort. He stated that more information would be received from the League of MN Cities. <br /> Commissioner Grahek, a sergeant with the St. Paul Police Department explained in St. <br /> Paul they need small repeaters on light poles to improve cellphone coverage. <br /> VIII.
