Pa-mit- Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Centerville <br /> hereby grants approval of a Planned Unit Development for: <br /> Applicant,Diamond View Partners LLC, and Sharper Communities, LLC,to <br /> develop the described property into 24 units of detached townhomes. <br /> Approval is granted to complete the development subject the conditions of this <br /> permit. <br /> 2.
