Physical improvements to the Nature Center building <br /> focus on making the interior space more dynamic and <br /> _ welcoming for visitors,as well as modifications that improve <br /> functionality for staff. <br /> Improvements that call attention to the main entrance to <br /> the building from the entry walk will help orient visitors <br /> to the center. Reorientation of the current reception desk <br /> will help visitors know where to go upon arrival. Other <br /> important improvements include the updating of current <br /> displays in the main lobby to provide visitors with a more <br /> hands-on,interactive experience. <br /> Improvements to the indoor/outdoor relationship include <br /> the addition of windows,and additional doors that provide <br /> ncourage hands-on experiences greater access between the inside and out.
