execution of the agreement, developer shall pay a cash fee to the City for City base map <br /> upgrading. This fee is $40 per lot for a total charge of$ 960(24 lots x $40=$960.00). <br /> e. Electronic Format. The Developer shall submit the final Plat in electronic format. <br /> The electronic format shall be either AutoCAD, .DWG file or a .DXF file using Anoka County <br /> coordinates. The Developer shall also submit one complete set of reproducible construction <br /> plans on mylar and two sets of as-constructed prints on paper(22 x 34). <br /> f. Street Light Installation. The Developer shall be responsible for the cost of street <br /> light installation consistent with a street lighting plan approved by the City. Before the City <br /> signs the final Plat,the Developer shall pay the sum of$9,000.00 to the City for street light <br /> installation consistent with the approved plan. The amount of this payment is estimated and <br /> consists of four(3) streetlights at$3,000.00 each. <br /> g. Seal Coating. Streets are subject to additional wear and tear during the <br /> construction period,while at the same time,taxes are insufficient to cover these costs.As such, <br /> developer shall pay the cost of the first seal coat,which the city may use for seal coating or may <br /> apply to a future mill and overlay. Cost shall be $400 per lot x 24 lots for a total of$9,600. <br /> h. Site Access for Grading and Construction.Access to the site during grading and <br /> construction shall only be permitted by 20th Avenue. <br /> 20. ACCEPTANCE AND WARRANTY <br /> a.
