P&R Committee Vacancy Status—1 opening <br /> There is still one vacancy available on this committee. <br /> 4. Fete des Lacs Festival Committee Meeting Update—Mr.Ericson <br /> The next meeting will be held on January 30, 2017. It is anticipated that <br /> Committee Members Peterson&Hettinger will again be the P &R liaisons to this <br /> conanittee. Regarding the Runs scheduled for July 22,2017,there was discussion <br /> regarding a revised route and changing the start time from 8:00 am to 9:00 am. In <br /> addition,it is anticipated the prices will remain the same as the 2016 runs. <br /> VIII. ACTION ITEMS REVIEW <br /> Items that have been completed will be removed; some are still open and additional items <br /> discussed at this meeting will be added.
