<br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR THE <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE FOR THE YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council of the city of Centerville did adopt a proposed property tax <br />levy for the year 2005 on the 8th day of September, 2004, in the amount of$1,700,000; <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the council did hold a public hearing on the 8th day of December, 2004 to <br />obtain input regarding said levy and adoption of the final property tax levy. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council of the city ofCenterville <br />hereby adopts the final property tax levy for the year 2005 in the amount of $1,700,000.. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is authorized and directed to <br />certify said property tax levy to the Minnesota Department of Revenue and forward a <br />copy of this resolution to the Anoka County Auditor. <br />
