Pa:((651) 429-8629 <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04 - 057 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE FOR THE YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville did adopt a proposed property tax levy for the year <br />2005 on the 8th day of September, 2004, in the amount of $1,700,000; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on the 8th day of December, 2004 to obtain input regarding <br />said levy and adoption of the final property tax levy. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED that the City Council of the City of Centerville hereby adopts the final <br />property tax levy for the year 2005 in the amount of $1,700,000. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is authorized and directed to certify said property <br />tax levy to the Minnesota Department of Revenue and forward a copy of this resolution to the Anoka County <br />Auditor. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 8th day of December, 2004. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
