Pel:{ (651) 429-8629 <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVlLLE <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #04 - 059 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF <br />CENTERVILLE FOR THE YEAR 2005 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Centerville did adopt a proposed budget for <br />all governmental and enterprise funds for the year 2005 on the 8th day of September, <br />2004; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on the 8th day of December, 2004 to <br />obtain input regarding said budget, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said budget includes a provision for a 10.44% property tax levy increase <br />over last year. <br /> <br />THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Centerville <br />hereby adopts the final budget for the year 2005 as follows: <br /> <br /> Tax <br /> Expenditures Revenues Fund Balance Levy <br />General Fund $2,148,000 $448,000 $ -0- $1,700,000 <br />Debt Service $561,112 $370,000 ($191,112) $ -0- <br />Capital Projects $1,067,144 $109,000 ($958,144) $ -0- <br />Enterprise $993,273 $696,500 ($296,773) $ -0- <br />Special Revenue $2,490 $200 ($2,290) $ -0- <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Finance Director is authorized and directed to <br />certify the General Fund budget to the Minnesota Department of Revenue. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council this 8th day of December, 2004. <br /> <br />Attest <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br />
