CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Sweeney opened the November 23,2004 City Council Work Session at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ll. PRESENTATION <br /> <br />Mr. Palzer updated Council and members of the audience in regards to a recent meeting <br />that he and Mr. Peterson were' in attendance with Anoka County and SRF Consulting <br />representatives relating to the proposed widen of CSAH 14 project. <br /> <br />Members of the audience had concerns regarding the proposed speeds, medians, access <br />points and design issues. <br /> <br />ill. ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />The Mayor adjourned the work session to the regularly scheduled council meeting at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br /> <br />~ <br />
