Representatives from Anoka County and their engineering firm, <br />SRF, will be on hand to discuss their proposals. They have provided the Council with the <br />following modifications and believe they have addressed the most vocal concerns of <br />impacted/affected property owners to date: <br /> <br />.:. Allowing a full access at Cottonwood Court <br />.:. Allowing a full access on 20th Avenue for the Comer Express Strip Mall <br />.:. Allowing left turns off of Main Street/CSAH 14 at 21 5t Avenue <br /> <br />Council is concerned that additional concerns/suggestions may exist that have not been <br />addressed up until this point and would like to provide you an opportunity to voice any <br />concerns/suggestions that you may have at a special meeting on December 1, 2004 at <br />City Hall in Council Chambers located at 1880 Main Street, Centerville, Minnesota <br />commencing at 6:30 p.m. Representatives from Anoka County and their engineering <br />firm, SRF will not be on hand at this meeting. Council desires to forward the information <br />obtained at this meeting to Anoka County and SRF at December 9, 2004 Public Iinput <br />meeting. <br /> <br />This letter is being forwarded to those property owners that abut CSAH 14/Main Street <br />and all businesses within the City.
