Mainstreet Bank currently services the CenterviIle, Lino Lakes &
Hugo areas. Many of our customers come to us either from across 35E or on their way to
the freeway. Refusing. to let our customers exit toward the East will have a substantial
affect on our growth and profitability.

~t B~ ,is also located at the center of the stretch of County Road 14 between
20th A:ve"'"'& 35E. This section of County Road 14 is being looked at by several
developers who would like to put a big' box next to the freeway. By eliminating full
access to this sec1;ion of road Anoka County is chasing the pro tax dollars that would
be generated by development over to Washington event this
,freeway ofii'amp from fully developing to beco h like County Ro . s
Heights, Highway 96 in White Bear Lake, 0 roadway Ave in Forest Lake.

Sincerely,

..zf'
~.;
.t!.r~~
".J!''''

The solution !s simple.
