<br />Jd. <br />,e;, <br />. .~o~~~ <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and Council Members <br /> <br />FROM: Teresa Bender, City ClerklCo-Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Recommendation for Hiring Ice Rink Attendants <br /> <br />DATE: December 20, 2004 <br /> <br />Subsequent to applications being received and interviews being held, Mr. Tedd Peterson, <br />Public WorkslParks and Recreation Committee Chair and Ms. Teresa Bender, City <br />ClerklCo-Interim City Administrators would like to present to Council the <br />recommendation to complete reference checks on the following potential candidates and <br />upon satisfactory reference checks, offer the five (5) positions of Ice Rink Attendant to <br />the following list of candidates: <br /> <br />Derek Olson <br />Jake Dixon <br />Jake Novak <br />Matt Gilbertson <br />John Lindholm <br /> <br />If any of these candidates do not satisfaetorily meet reference checks or turn down the <br />position, the two (2) next highest ran1cing individuals will be offered the position if they <br />have satisfactory reference checks: <br /> <br />No reference checks will be performed on the following candidates unless the above <br />conditions are met: <br /> <br />Marie Mord <br />Joe Penizo <br />
