<br />MEMO <br /> <br />DATE: <br /> <br />November 10, 2004 <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />Honorable Mayor/CouncillStafflCommittees <br /> <br />FROM: <br /> <br />Mayor Elect Mary Capra and City Council <br /> <br />RE: <br /> <br />CouncillCommitteelStaff2005 Achievements <br /> <br />............................................................................ <br /> <br />The intent of this memo is to invite Mayor/CounciVStaff and Committees members to <br />bring to the council as a group, a list of the projects they would like to acbieve or have <br />addressed in 2005. <br /> <br />For staff this would be projects over and above their normal duties such as; do we need to <br />work on file storage options, website, training, etc. These are only give these as <br />examples and would like to know what realistically we could do to improve our <br />operation. <br /> <br />For the committees this would be a project such as, specific park improvements, what <br />ordinance reviews, programs, business support, etc. <br /> <br />Mayor Elect-Mary Capra would like to have this as an agenda item to be reviewed by the <br />committees and staff over the next few months. She will be look at a potential all city <br />council, committees and staff meeting sometime in early 2005. <br /> <br />We know what our budget will be for next year so within that budget what can we <br />accomplish. <br /> <br />This is not required of anyone, but is optional for those who would like to participate. <br />
