Pursuant to Section 5(b) of the Lease; "[the] City agrees to provide VoiceStream a <br />rninimum of twelve (12) months written notice prior to the commencement of the tower' <br />, removal." In accordance to Se<?tion 5(b), please forward a written notice to the address <br />below, outlining your timeline for deconstruction of the existing tower and completion of <br />- the new tower. <br /> <br />The lease provides that we will have the option of relocating to the new tower.
