Violations. <br /> <br />(a) Misdemeanors. Any person who violates this ordinance shall be guilty ofa <br />Misdemeanor unless the violation has a Specific penalty designated by state taw. (Ord <br />97-15.07/23/97) <br /> <br />(b) Administrative Civil Penalties; IndiViduals. An individuat who sells Tobacco to a'person <br />under the age of 18 years shall be subject to an administrative penalty of $50. No penalty <br />may be imposed until the individual has received notice, served personaIly or by mail, of <br />~e alleged violation and an opportunity for a hearing before the Chief of Police or his/her <br />designee.
