STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTIONI <br /> RESOLUTION ASSIGNING DUTIES AS THEY LA`T'E TO HANDLING <br /> BANKING TRANSACTIONS THE CENTS TSE <br /> WHEREAS, the City Of Centerville has a limited number f staff to allow segregation <br /> of duties in conformancewith recommendations contained in the annual audits,and <br /> WHEREAS, modifications in the tasks pedormed by certain key staff members can <br /> improve segregation of duties. <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> CENT NICKS,ANOKA COUNTY,MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. Authorization for the establishment of new accounts or the withdrawal of <br /> fincis from the City's bank account(s) ou h cash, checks or electronic <br /> means shall require o signatures of the following three positions: <br /> Mayor, ting-Mayr and City Administrator. <br /> a Authorization to transfer funds within existing accounts ofthe City of <br /> Centerville y be accomplished by written, telephone or electronic <br /> means by one of the following positions: City Administrator Marry Stars; <br /> r Finance Director Ellen Paulseth effective immediately and til <br /> further notice. <br /> s Authorization to inquiry and receive reports as to balances and <br /> transactions may be accomplished by any of the following stt ffi City <br /> Administrator Mark Statz, Finance Director Ellen Pa lseth, or Senior <br /> Account Clerk—Kris Sweeney. <br /> .
