The assessment helped r <br /> r <br /> s <br /> identify gaps in service coverage, identified where <br /> anticipated and allows the Rico Greek Chain of Lake Park Reserve <br /> new facilities are a <br /> p Compost Facility Relocation Proposal N,` <br /> County to plan for future improvements. The <br /> improvements and expansion proposed for the <br /> Maintenance Facilities within Rice Creek Chain of <br /> Lakes Park Reserve include addressing items at the Campground Facility and Chomonix Golf Course. Refer to <br /> Figure 17 for locations and the Appendix for more information on these improvements. <br /> Improvements proposed for the Campground maintenance facility include an expansion to a 3840 square foot <br /> cold storage building being constructed in 2017.The expansion will include 1025 square feet of space for an <br /> office, work roam, restrooms, break area and mechanical room. Site work will include paving the drive and yard <br /> area, security lighting and security fencing. This project will include the necessary utility connections to provide <br /> a fully functioning maintenance facility. The costs for this project is approximately$650,000 and is scheduled to <br /> occur in the next 3 to 5 years. <br /> 2 <br />
