City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> November 8,2017 <br /> 1. Delinquent Municipal Utilities, Garbage and Nuisance/City Abatement Services (4th- <br /> 6th Billing Cycles of 2016 & lst-3rd Billing Cycles of 2017 (Utilities & Garbage) & <br /> Nuisance/City Abatement through October, 2017. Such Amounts will be assessed to <br /> Parcel Identification Numbers through County Property Tax Statements Payable in <br /> 2018. <br /> Mayor Paar opened the Public Hearing. He questioned the audience if there was anyone <br /> here to discuss their delinquent Water/Sewer/Garbage bills and the Nuisance/City <br /> abatement. No one spoke. Interim Administrator Larson commented that everyone had <br /> been notified in regards to their past due account and a letter was sent out in regards to <br /> Waterworks. Council Member Montain questioned one particular past due water/sewer <br /> because it was very high. It was explained to him that they had a water softener that was <br /> not working right and water kept cycling through. <br /> Motion by Council Member Koski, seconded by Council Member Love to Close the <br /> Public Hearing at 6:45 p.m. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> 1. October 25, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity for amendments. Interim <br /> Administrator Larson stated that Council Member Koski pointed out a grammatical error <br /> and was corrected in the minutes that were handed out. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve <br /> the October 25, 2017 City Council Meeting Minutes as Presented. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> VII. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1.
