P & R Recommendation Special Event Permit Application—Midwest Events Shake <br /> Your Shamrock Run/Walk, March 17, 2018 (Trails through Town & to Access <br /> Anoka County Regional Park Trails) <br /> 8. Successful Performance Review—Mr. Tedd Peterson, Public Works Maintenance <br /> Technician (Completion of 18 Years) <br /> Acting Mayor Love provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional <br /> items or remove items for further discussion. <br /> Motion by Council Member King, seconded by Council Member Montain to <br /> Approve the Consent Agenda as Presented, <br /> Council Member Montain congratulated Mr. Peterson for his completion of 18 years <br /> with the City and thanked him for his dedication. <br /> All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> IX. OLD BUSINESS <br /> 1. Part-Time Receptionist-Office Technician <br /> Administrator Statz stated that Staff would like for Council to consider retaining Mrs. <br /> Patricia Clearence, as a part-time Receptionist-Office Technician through the winter and <br /> into the spring permitting season and stated that there is substantial work for her to assist <br /> with. He also stated that the City still anticipates 400 or so permits remaining in the <br /> spring. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to <br /> approve the Part-Time Receptionist/Office Technician as Presented. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> 2. Anoka County Conservation District—Water Quality Grant Program Application <br /> (Centerville Lake Shoreline Stabilization, Trail Side Park, Centerville <br /> Administrator Statz stated that the Water Quality Grant Program Application for <br /> Centerville Lake is for stabilizing the shoreline along Trail Side Park with riprap and <br /> native vegetation and that staff s request would be to move forward with the application <br /> process. He reported that bids have been obtained and that staff has considered <br /> enlarging the scope of the project to include additional shore line to the south of Trail <br /> Side Park nearing Goiffon Road were the same sewer line runs and needs stabilization <br /> also. Administrator Statz stated that Lead Project Coordinator, Mr. Burmeister has been <br /> consulting with the contractor regarding obtaining bids for this additional area. <br /> Page 5 of 10 <br />
