He also served on the Centennial Lakes Police Steering <br /> Committee and the City of St. Paul Police Department as a <br /> l Chief Inspector. <br /> 1 <br /> If you ever attended and Parks & Recreation event (Music in <br /> the Park, Fete des Lacs 5/8K Runs and Skate Night) he would <br /> r <br /> have been there volunteering. <br /> The Grahek family has endured unsurmountable loss in the last <br /> year.
