City of Centerville <br /> Council Meeting Minutes <br /> January 24,2018 <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to Adopt Res. <br /> #18-001 — Recognizing & Memorializing Jon Grahek for his Years of Dedicated Public <br /> Service. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> V. PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 1. None. <br /> VI. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES <br /> 1. January 10, 2018 City Council Meeting Minutes <br /> Mayor Paar provided Council with an opportunity for amendments. <br /> Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Koski to Approve the <br /> January 10, 2018 Council Meeting Minutes as presented, respectively. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> VI. CONSENT AGENDA <br /> 1. City of Centerville January 10, 2018 through January 24, 2018 Claims (Check <br /> #31607-31622) & (Check#31623-31632) <br /> 2. Centennial Lakes Police Claims through January 11, 2018 (Check#11783-11805) <br /> 3. Centennial Fire District Claims through January 8, 2018 (Check#8086-8098) <br /> WEFT US Bank <br /> 4. Metro Cities Membership <br /> 5. Successful Performance Review City Clerk, Ms. Teresa Bender—Completion of <br /> Year 19 <br /> Mayor Paar provided an opportunity for Council Members to add additional items or remove <br /> items for further discussion. <br /> Council Member Montain questioned whether the old plow had been sold. Administrator Statz <br /> stated that a misunderstanding regarding the sale of the plow had taken place as the replacement <br /> of the truck was being contemplated and it was felt that the repairable plow would be sold with <br /> that vehicle and he apologized for the confusion. Council Member Love clarified that the <br /> vehicle and plow would be sold as a package. Administrator Statz stated that it is believed that a <br /> net gain would be achieved if that were the case. <br /> Motion by Council Member Love, seconded by Council Member Montain to approve the <br /> Consent Agenda as Presented. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> Mayor Paar requested that Council consider IX. New Business, Item #1 at this time. <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br /> 2 <br />
