The 2000 average annual wage <br /> in Centerville was $29,456. In 2016 the total jobs in Centerville jumped to 430 <br /> and with it the average annual wage increased to $44,534, a 51% increase. <br /> In that same timespan, annual wages in Anoka County jumped from $33,187 <br /> to $49,918,a 50% increase. Both,Centerville and Anoka County have outpaced <br /> the 7-County metropolitan region which saw an average annual wage of <br /> $39,062 jump to $58,111, a 49% increase. <br /> Centerville is home to retail and service jobs, as well as some industry. The <br /> Metropolitan Council's employment forecast predicts that Centerville will have <br /> 540 jobs by 2020, 560 jobs by 2030 and finally, 590 jobs by 2040.
