CITY OF CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL MEETING MINUTES January 24, 2018 6:30 p.m. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville held their regularly scheduled meeting of January 24, 2018 at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. COUNCIL MEETING L CALL TO ORDER Mayor Paar called to order 6:30 p.m. II. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE III. SET AGENDA Mayor Paar stated that Check #31623-31632 were added to Item #1., Consent Agenda; Replacement Pages for Ruffridge-Johnson, a. Conditional Use Permit under Old Business and 2018 Pay Plan under Old Business Closed Executive Session. Motion by Council Member Montain, seconded by Council Member Love to approve the Agenda as Amended. All in favor. Motion carried. IV. APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS 1. Res. #18-001 - Recognizing & Memorializing Jon Grahek for his Years of Dedicated Public Service Mayor Paar invited Mrs. Jon (Heidi) Grahek to the podium to present her with the Resolution. Mayor Paar stated that Mr. Grahek was a very dedicated public servant for both the Cities of St. Paul and Centerville. He also stated that Jon was a wonderful man and that the City is deeply saddened by his loss. He read the resolution to the public and Mrs. Grahek.
