Centerville 2040 Chapter 6: Transportation
The City has applied for funding through the Safe Routes to School program
for the installation of agrade'-separated pedestrian crossing of CSAH 14 near
Clearwater Creek.
1 RAFFIC a;°NALYSIS TONES
The City of Centerville is separated between four different TAZ zones.
Population, household, and employment forecasts (see Table 20 in the Land
Use Chapter) are allocated by their respective TAZ's. While Centerville is split
amongst four (4) TAZ areas, one of the areas, TAZ 167 is comprised entirely of
regional park space and thus does not have any projected households,
population, or employment figures to be included. The City has allocated
growth based on distribution of desired land use as well as existing and
planned infrastructure. Those allocations are shown in Table 34 below which
are consistent with the projections of the Metropolitan Council.
Ta bi6:34::Hbu'seholdd 'PbOUl tibn.,:6nd.Em.'01byrr b'h .Forecasts:by.
