CI'l"Y OF C,.EN'r.'E,RV,1'1..,,I..E RES01,111ION #18-0 RESOLUTION ALJ'I'HORIZIN(T(�ONVEYAN(,E OFREAI. .t 'To JON AND SOPHIE, PEDERSON WHEREAS, the City of Centerville desires to sell real propertylegally described asI.,ot 2, Block, 1, Clearwater Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesma,, also identified by Property Identification Number 24-31-22-23-0017;hereinafter referred to as the Subject Property, WHEREAS, the City desires to sell the Subject 'Property to Jon and, Sophie Pederson, husband and wife, acting as individuals;hereinafter referred to as the Buyer. WHEREAS, the City of Centerville requires conveyance of the easements of record from the Buyer. WHEREAS, the sale of the Subject Property is consistent with the goals of the City's Comprehensive Plan, WHEREAS, the City enteTed to a purchase agreement with the Buyer on November 13, 2016, for the sale of the Subject Property. Attached as Exhibit A. WHEREAS, the City most appoint representatives, in the City Administrator and/or tire City Attorney, to represent the City and to affect the purposes of said Purchase Agreement and for all purposes related to the Closing of this property transaction. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RSOLVED AND NOW TOALI, that the City of Centerville, DOES SELL AND CONVEY OWNERSHIP of the Subject Property to the Buyer consistent with the terms of the Purchase Agreement and subject to conveyance of the attached easement to the City. FURTHERMOER, IT IN HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Centerville designates its representatives and signature as City Administrator, Mark Statz, and City Attorney Kurt Glaser, for all purposes necessary pursuant to toturchase Agreement and to make the sale of Subject Property as set To in this RESOLUTION. THE VOTE Or THE CITY COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION OF TNIS RESOLTUION WAS UNANIMOUSLY INFAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. 1 85a
