CI'l"Y OF C,.EN'r.'E,RV,1'1..,,I..E <br /> RES01,111ION #18-0 <br /> RESOLUTION ALJ'I'HORIZIN(T(�ONVEYAN(,E OFREAI. .t 'To <br /> JON AND SOPHIE, PEDERSON <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville desires to sell real propertylegally described asI.,ot 2, Block, <br /> 1, Clearwater Business Park, Anoka County, Minnesma,, also identified by Property <br /> Identification Number 24-31-22-23-0017;hereinafter referred to as the Subject Property, <br /> WHEREAS, the City desires to sell the Subject 'Property to Jon and, Sophie Pederson, husband <br /> and wife, acting as individuals;hereinafter referred to as the Buyer. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Centerville requires conveyance of the easements of record from the <br /> Buyer. <br /> WHEREAS, the sale of the Subject Property is consistent with the goals of the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan, <br /> WHEREAS, the City enteTed to a purchase agreement with the Buyer on November 13, 2016, <br /> for the sale of the Subject Property. Attached as Exhibit A. <br /> WHEREAS, the City most appoint representatives, in the City Administrator and/or tire City <br /> Attorney, to represent the City and to affect the purposes of said Purchase Agreement and for all <br /> purposes related to the Closing of this property transaction. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RSOLVED AND NOW TOALI, that the City of <br /> Centerville, DOES SELL AND CONVEY OWNERSHIP of the Subject Property to the Buyer <br /> consistent with the terms of the Purchase Agreement and subject to conveyance of the attached <br /> easement to the City. <br /> FURTHERMOER, IT IN HEREBY RESOLVED, that the City of Centerville designates its <br /> representatives and signature as City Administrator, Mark Statz, and City Attorney Kurt Glaser, <br /> for all purposes necessary pursuant to toturchase Agreement and to make the sale of Subject <br /> Property as set To in this RESOLUTION. <br /> THE VOTE Or THE CITY COUNCIL FOR ADOPTION OF TNIS RESOLTUION WAS <br /> UNANIMOUSLY INFAVOR OF THE RESOLUTION. <br /> 1 <br /> 85a <br />
