CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING AGENDA <br /> Wednesday,April 4, 2018 <br /> 6:30 p.m. or shortly thereafter <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville's Parks & Recreation Committee <br /> held a scheduled meeting on April 4, 2018 at City Hall, 1800 Main Street. <br /> Present: Chairperson Kevin Waeghe <br /> Committee Member Kevin Amundsen <br /> Committee Member Chris Bettinger p <br /> Committee Member Heidi Grahek <br /> Committee Member Brian Peterson O <br /> Committee Member Suzanne Seeley <br /> Also Present: Council Member Liaison Matt Montain <br /> City Administrator/Engineer, Mark Statz <br /> Linda Neudecker, Recorder <br /> Absent: Public Works Director, Paul Palzer <br /> L CALL TO ORDER <br /> Chairperson Waeghe called the April 4, 2018 meeting of the Parks & Recreation <br /> Committee to order at 6:31 p.m. in the City Council Chambers. <br /> II. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> Added Item 2, under Appearances— Tom Lee <br /> Added Item 1, under New Business—Blue Bird Houses <br /> Motion by Committee Member Amundsen, seconded by Committee Member Seeley <br /> to approve the Agenda as Amended. All in favor. Motion carried. <br /> III. APPEARANCES/APPOINTMENTS/PRESENTATIONS <br /> 1. P & R Committee Vacancy Interviews <br /> The two candidates, Ms. Patty Cannon and Jeff Godwin were invited to attend the April <br /> meeting to have the opportunity to see what the Committee does and what will be <br /> expected of them. Their applications were reviewed and both candidates were <br /> interviewed separately. Ms. Cannon informed the committee members that she was no <br /> longer interested and left prior to the end of the meeting. <br />
